How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 4–6 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after processing. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Enjoy complimentary shipping on all US orders over $70.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us at hello@solaragold.shop as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is processed, but we cannot guarantee modifications once fulfillment has begun.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Returns & Refunds

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the style you’d like. See our Exchange Policy.
